ABOUT

Susan is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.(CIPD)


In addition Susan holds an Honours Diploma in Counselling, a Certificate in CBT (Institute of Counselling, Glasgow) and is a successful Life Skills Coach.


Susan will always say that her passion is people however in business she combines this with an empathetic need to be fair and professional.


Throughout a lengthy career Susan’s forte is -

  • Able to identify any company training needs, often designing and delivering bespoke Director and Manager training to benefit the entire business

  • Susan has been published in journals notably her success and endorsement for Apprenticeship and Graduate Schemes and charitable organisations

 

Susan is professional, hard-working, and a dedicated individual with a determination to succeed in all that she does.


Her wealth of experience has been gained over an enjoyable and varied career ranging from running her own business to enjoying a senior managerial corporate HR role. Her extensive career included management, leadership and training. Susan’s financial skills enable a sound understanding of company accounts and balance sheets. Susan contributes directly to the ‘bottom’ line utilising a range of people management skills bringing structure to any organisation. Susan is comfortable delivering HR support and direction to CEO’s, Board of Directors and Senior Management within any environment. Above all Susan welcomes a challenge.


Susan is a Charity Advocate and had the recent privilege of speaking for Fight Bladder Cancer at the European Cancer Patient Coalition Annual Congress.
